- Flower purchasing location ( Visited "Wilbe Bloomin" and "Parkleys Garden flowers" (?) who don't carry small flowers in soil)
- Checking with the sponsorship status with the Construction Team.
- Reviewing and selecting the final poster images.
- Receiving the confirmed budget from the Marketing Team.
- Collecting the money and informing the compensation procedure.
